Biographie
We Are Troublemaker is a rock band from Weinfelden, Switzerland. Founded in 2014, the band consists of five members who see each other as brothers. What started as a school friendship evolved into a musical journey full of passion, energy, and love for music. What unites them goes far beyond the stage – they are a family, bound together by sound, spirit, and the power of music.
With high-energy live shows, they captivate their audience and impress with a distinctive sound and style. Their songs are characterized by powerful guitar riffs, profound lyrics, and dynamic melodies that stick in your head. Musically, the band draws inspiration from a wide range of artists – including Green Day, Linkin Park, Imagine Dragons, All Time Low, and many more. Their sound is both thrilling and thought-provoking, with lyrics revolving around themes such as love, loss, and self-discovery.
In 2019, the band released their first EP “Freedom”, featuring five original tracks that showcase their signature sound. The EP received positive reviews and brought the band greater attention in the local scene. Since then, they have relied on social media, numerous live performances, and digital platforms to spread their music further.
On December 22, 2023, the long-awaited debut album “Who We Are” was released. It includes 15 songs recorded in July 2021 at SoundValley Studio in Schaffhausen – in collaboration with sound engineer David Bollinger. The album was produced by David Egloff, who has been part of the band as a live member since 2019.
